Web design + development

Available for projects · Dec 2026

Web design and development, priced before we start.

Kyvrel designs and builds websites for B2B, SaaS and fintech teams. Fixed prices from $5,000 and a 5% credit for every week a milestone runs late.

Why teams hire us

Fixed price. Named people. Your code.

Most people who hire a web design agency have been burned by one before. The quote doubled, the senior people vanished after the pitch, messages went unanswered for a week, or the agency kept the domain. We built Kyvrel around the opposite of each of those stories.

Every product has a published starting price. Discovery ends in one written number, and the number only moves when the scope does. The designer and developer you meet are named in the proposal and do the work. You get a live staging link, a weekly demo and a short Friday note, so you never have to ask where things stand.

What you can hold us to

Fourteen written commitments. These six come up on almost every first call.
  1. A fixed price, in writing

Every product has a published starting price. After discovery you get one written number for the agreed scope, and that number is what you pay.

  2. A reply within 4 business hours

Messages sent Monday to Friday get an answer from a person on your project within 4 business hours, Kyiv time. Not an autoresponder, an actual answer or a time for one.

  3. The people on the call build your site

The designer and developer you meet in discovery are named in the proposal and do the work. If we ever need to swap someone, you approve the replacement first.

  4. You own everything from day one

Domain, hosting, repository, CMS and design files are created in your accounts, or moved there before launch. We work as invited users, so you can remove us at any time.

  5. A credit if we deliver late

Each milestone has a date in the contract. If we miss one for reasons on our side, we credit 5% of that milestone's fee for every week of delay.

  6. Changes are priced before any work

New ideas are welcome. Each one gets a written change note with its price and its effect on the timeline, and nothing starts until you approve it.

How much does a website cost with Kyvrel?

Our six products start at $5,000 for a landing page and go to $25,000 for a web app or SaaS MVP. A corporate website starts at $8,500. The calculator shows a line-by-line estimate before you talk to anyone.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. After discovery you get one written price for the agreed scope. It changes only if the scope changes, and every change is priced in writing before any work starts.

How long does a website project take?

One to two weeks for a landing page, four to five for a corporate website, ten to twelve for an online store and twelve to sixteen for a web app. Each product page lists its timeline, and the calculator adjusts it for size and languages.

Who owns the code, the domain and the designs?

You do. We create the domain, hosting, repository, CMS and design files in your accounts, or move them there before launch. We work as invited users and you can remove us at any time.

Is it reliable to work with a team in Ukraine right now?

We plan for it in writing. Every team member has backup power and two internet connections, every role has a named backup person, and all project data lives in your accounts.

Will a new site hurt our Google rankings?

Not if the migration is planned. Every redesign includes a redirect map for each indexed URL, Search Console checks on launch day and 30 days of monitoring with fixes included.
